August 21st, 2015
San Clemente, CA
In the continued support of the Formula Car Challenge, Molecule will be hosting a hospitality program for FCC competitors and guests for the GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma.
Returning after a year hiatus, Formula Car Challenge again takes center stage at the Sonoma Raceway with its double race format featuring Pro Mazda, FormulaSPEED, and Formula Mazda. Competitors from around the country will convene at the Northern California facility August 27-30 to compete alongside the IndyCar Finale.
“It’s a perfect way to show our support for Formula Car Challenge,” explained Molecule’s Frank Bain. “The GoPro Grand Prix of Sonoma is a great event and it’s fantastic that the FCC competitors get to show their stuff in front of a big audience.”
Molecule will be onsite with product support throughout the weekend while also hosting FCC competitors Saturday and Sunday in Turn 10 paddock hospitality tent.
“Molecule was a significant part of our early success, and it's excellent to have them back,” noted FCC Series Official Jeff Loge. “Their cleaning products are such an incredible tool for our racers, and it is great that they are providing additional value to our participants. The Molecule hospitality tent will be a great opportunity for Molecule to meet face to face with our drivers and chat about racing and also get their feedback. ”

About the Formula Car Challenge presented by Goodyear:
The Formula Car Challenge was founded in 2005 to develop future motorsports teams, drivers, engineers and crew members. The series offers a platform in which costs can be carefully controlled, creating a level playing field for drivers. The concept has been fully realized as multiple graduates have made it to IndyCar and other top level positions in motorsports. The FCC features 3 different classes inside of the championship, All three classes are on track at the same time, but compete for points and championships only within their respective classes.
